No, I haven't. In certain spots, like this one, I know what is going to happen but have not written it yet. If I'd written it all already, I'd have posted it and done the happy dance of "NaNoWriMo is over, yo."

I'm not into torture. ... okay, that's not true. But I'm not into lying to my readers.
