Hank didn't really know Justin when he was alive, so... not exactly. But he's a blond, blue-eyed twink, which Brian's was, and he's asking all these questions about him, so... sort of.
(Some of the deaths they show in DLM are pretty wacky. I'm not so good with the wacky but I try :)
